If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may return the BALTANY watch purchased online from baltany.co.uk within 30 days from the date of arrival for refund or exchange for another product. For products of higher value, you simply have to cover the cost difference. But the watch to be returned must be：

Unworn & Unused: The watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached in its original packaging supplied with the purchase.

For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Baltany UK offical website can be returned.

To return and/or exchange an item, please contact us at support@baltany.co.uk with the following details:

1. Order number or source of purchase
2. Date of purchase
3. Picture of the watch and all it’s accompanying packaging and accessories

Once we have the items above, one of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch.

Please note that watches outside of the 30 day return window may need to be returned to our main manufacturing base in Asia, replacements may take up to 90 days.
