Where do you ship from?

We hold stock in our Nottingham office here in the UK. Delivery time is 2-3 days. We ship with Royal Mail.

Some watches ship directly from the factory in China. Delivery time is 7-15 days.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We can ship to:

The Netherlands
Italy

Delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £20 to cover Delivery Duty. The watch will always be delivered directly to you with no additional charge.

Are there any additional fees to pay?

The cost listed on the site covers VAT & customs, so the price listed is the price you'll pay.

Do you offer returns?

If the watch is not to your standard, you can return for a refund as long as the watch is in the original, unworn condition and you return it within 30 days.
